OT-PAY provides payment processing and related financial services to merchants and users. You agree to use the platform only for lawful transactions and to provide accurate information during registration and onboarding.

2. Account Responsibility

Account owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under their account. Notify OT-PAY immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Fees and Charges

Fees for transactions, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks will be charged as disclosed to you during onboarding or on the pricing page. OT-PAY reserves the right to change fees with prior notice where required by law.

4. Withdrawals

Important: Withdrawals from merchant accounts are processed only on working days. Any withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or holidays will be queued and processed on the next available working day processing batch. Please ensure your withdrawal requests meet our minimum amount and verification requirements before submitting.

5. Prohibited Activities

6. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using OT-PAY you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Merchants must cooperate with OT-PAY and banks during chargeback investigations. You may be liable for chargeback amounts and associated fees if investigations find the merchant at fault.

8. Suspension & Termination

OT-PAY may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or as required by law. Termination does not relieve any outstanding obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OT-PAY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
